2016-2020 – Implemented Reading Sierra Leone (RSL) 2020 Project in three chiefdoms in Port Loko district in 25 schools in upper-grade levels targeting 100 teachers/headteachers.
Scope of Work –Conducted baseline and End line Assessments, teacher training workshops on improved teaching methods and cooperative learning strategies, classroom monitoring and mentoring, coaching, and classroom teacher observation in schools to support implementation in the upper grade levels – classes 4-6
