JAMES MAADA SORMAH lives in Mattru Jong, Bonthe District Southern Region. He holds a Higher Teachers Certificate (Secondary) at Njala University, Bo Campus in Language Arts and Religious and Moral Education. He is a lead trainer in conducting Teacher Training on classroom improved methods for classes 1 to 6 in Literacy and Gender Responsive Pedagogies. His aim is to support the dream of the government of Sierra Leone to improve the better educational system in our beloved Country. James Maada Sormah is a trained and qualified teacher with eleven years of classroom teaching experience. He is presently working with the Association of Language and Literacy Educators as a School Support Coach in the Transforming Girls Education Project and Administrative officer for TALLE-SL. James Maada Sorma has good interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (written and oral). He is a result-oriented person with superb managerial, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
