TALLE-RSL Planning Conference

This report captures the outcomes of a three days discussions conducted by The Association of Language and Literacy Educators Reading Sierra Leone. The background for the conduct of the conference was for staff and management to have discussion sessions that focus on how to develop the competence and performance of staff for better delivery. It was also a time for reflection of project work on the basis of how the program activities were conducted from 2019 to the present. The overall objective was to work together to develop a work plan for the effective implementation of projects.  The theme for the conference was “Working together to Promote Growth and Sustainability”. The outcomes were geared toward building a cohort of professionals with the competencies needed for quality delivery.

The core thematic areas that were discussed included: Professional Ethics for quality delivery, Quality Delivery Process, and creating the opportunity for staff to comprehend the content of program documents for better performance outcomes.
